>> You can check for quality defects by placing the invitations onto the envelope. There is no quality control process checking the acrylics under the light. Acrylic material itself is not scratch-free. There are multiple processes that may create minor lines on the acrylic surface. If the lines are visible when envelopes are under the envelope then we will reprint your invitations.
>> Sellers are not responsible for shipment-related delays. We ship your packages with the express shipment. The estimated time is 3-5 business days but sometimes delays happen in the customs process and sellers are not responsible for 3rd party related delays. We ship your invitations with DHL, FedEx, or TNT so delays happen rarely.
>> If there is damage to the package when you get it, please file a report with the delivery person and share it with us.
